Yahoo Testing Real-Time Search!

While putting an end to the recent rumors and to match its rivals, Yahoo has declared that it will test the real-time search feature in the search results. The step taken by Yahoo will enable it to provide updated, minute-to-minute Internet search results to the information seekers

Google has told on the Official Google Blog about the launch of a new feature that will use RSS and Atom feeds to discover new webpages. With the new feature, the process of finding new pages on Google will become quicker as the new content will be displayed on the search result as soon it will go live. In the recent years, World Wide Web has taken RSS/Atom feeds as a popular mechanism for content publication.

Few months back, a woman unhappy with Yahoo! search results for her unauthorized image use, sued Yahoo! Now the news is that the court has dismissed her lawsuit , but Beverly Stayart can still refile the lawsuit since the dismissal was on procedural grounds. As result of this decision of the court, her task now has become more complex, but the good thing is that search results now do not carry those adult and porn sites that Stayart was seeing before
